山形つや姫は、庄内地方の特A米で、つややかな表面とクリアなうま味が特徴です。山形県で栽培されており、農薬の使用量は慣行栽培米に比べて約80%減、化学肥料は不使用。炊飯後も米粒の形が崩れにくく、つやがあります。

「つや姫」という名前は、そのつややかな輝きに由来しています。山形の厳しい冬と雪解け水が、米の食感を形作ります。2kgの真空パックは、寿司米、お祝いの食事、週末のゆっくりとした家庭での調理に適しています。

つや姫は炊き立ちがピカピカして美味しいのはもちろんのこと、冷蔵庫に置いた翌日もとても美味しいです。おすすめです。

We are so glad you noticed that it still tastes good the next day, even after a night in the fridge. Tsuyahime took Yamagata Prefecture ten years to develop, and the name comes from the shine of the rice when it is freshly cooked. We hope you enjoy it.
