"Sayaka" Matcha (Can) [抹茶 明昔] 40g
Sayaka-no-Mukashi (Sayaka) is Ippodo Tea's one of the signature matcha, ground from carefully selected Kyoto leaves into a fine, vivid green powder. The 40g tin holds a powder built for both ceremonial preparation and everyday whisking.
The flavor is rounded and gently sweet, with deep umami and a clean, silken finish. For usucha, whisk 1.5g with 70°C water; for koicha, use 4g. The lined tin slows oxygen exposure so the bright color and fragrant aroma stay intact between sittings.
