Evening Stars Glass [宵の群星]
The gradation an island takes on at dusk. The sun goes all the way down, and then the good part of the evening starts. Yoi no Muribushi puts that stretch of sky into a glass. A luminous material in the body of the glass holds light and gives it back, so leave it under a lamp for a while and then turn the room dark.
An everyday glass. Water in the morning, something stronger after dark.
Every piece is made by hand, so size, color, pattern and the way the bubbles sit will differ from one to the next. Not heatproof. Keep it out of the dishwasher, the drying cabinet and the freezer.
