This venture combines Jun's expertise as the owner of Kuroshio, a wholesale business supplying fresh fish to prominent sushi restaurants in New York City, with Yui's vision of making high-quality Japanese ingredients accessible locally.

Our store stands out for its unique selection of Japanese delicacies, including fresh uni from Hokkaido and Oma maguro, known as the king of tuna in Japan. These premium products are flown in several times a week to ensure utmost freshness.
