Cosmo Plate L [コスモ皿L]
Made by Sueyoshi Seiichi, a Contemporary Master Craftsman. Where Ginga is the sky seen from outside it, Cosmo is the sky seen from the ground. Bubbles of many sizes sit at different depths in the glass, so the light catches them one after another and the whole surface reads as stars coming down toward you.
A large plate for the middle of the table.
Every piece is made by hand, so size, color, pattern and the way the bubbles sit will differ from one to the next. Not heatproof. Keep it out of the dishwasher, the drying cabinet and the freezer.
