However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@mogmog.store within 7 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
MOGMOG LLC. Is not liability for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We strongly advise opting for Route insurance during checkout. Without this added coverage, we are unable to assist with lost or stolen packages and can only direct you on initiating a claim with UPS.
Refunds (where applicable)
In the circumstance where a product is missing or the order is incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. We kindly ask you to either make an inquiry or visit info@mogmog.store, as the process for refund may vary.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once it are finalized, dispatched, or in transit.
