[How the sets work]
・The trios are already chosen for you. Four curated sets, each a thoughtfully put-together trio. That's the omakase part.
・You pick where to begin. Choose any set for your very first box. It's the only choice you make.
・The sets rotate in order. From your starting set, a new one arrives each month. After Set 4 it loops back to Set 1, so your rice keeps changing, month after month.
